Ju Classroom operates www.juclassroom.com and provides Chinese tuition and related learning support. This notice explains how we handle personal data in enquiries, lesson arrangements and website learning features.

Who to contact／联系我们
For privacy questions, access or correction requests, withdrawal of consent, or requests to delete information, email admin@juclassroom.com with the subject “Privacy request”. You may also use our contact page. Parents or guardians may contact us on behalf of their child.
如需咨询隐私事项、查阅或更正资料、撤回同意或申请删除资料，请通过以上邮箱或联系页面与我们联系。家长或监护人可代表孩子提出请求。我们可能需要核实身份及监护关系，以避免向无关人员披露资料。
Information we handle／我们处理的资料
When you enquire about lessons, we receive the name, email address, student grade, optional phone number and learning needs you provide. Please use a parent or guardian’s contact details for a child’s enquiry and share only information needed to arrange suitable lessons.
If you use an account or assigned online learning activities, the website may store your account details, course access, completion records, submitted answers, results and teacher feedback. The information collected depends on the features you actually use. Website operation may also produce IP addresses, browser/device information, access logs, cookies and page-view records.
咨询资料包括您填写的姓名、邮箱、学生年级、选填电话及学习需求。使用账号或获安排的在线练习时，系统可能记录账号资料、课程权限、完成情况、答案、成绩及教师反馈。网站运行也可能产生 IP 地址、设备与浏览器信息、访问日志、Cookie 及浏览统计。请勿通过普通咨询表单提交身份证件号码、医疗资料或不必要的敏感信息。
Why we use information／使用目的
We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, arrange lessons, provide appropriate learning support, manage accounts and course access, communicate about learning progress, resolve technical issues, protect the website and meet applicable legal obligations. We seek consent where required by law; providing an enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
我们使用相关资料回复咨询、安排课程、提供适合学生的教学支持、管理账号及课程权限、沟通学习进展、处理技术问题、保护网站及履行适用法律义务。需要同意的处理活动会按要求征求同意；提交咨询不等于订阅无关推广。
Children’s information／儿童资料
Parents and guardians should arrange a child’s participation and provide the permissions required for the relevant activity. We aim to collect only the information needed for teaching and support. Please contact us if a child has submitted information without appropriate parental involvement, or if you want to review or request removal of your child’s information.
请家长或监护人安排儿童参与课程，并就相关活动提供所需许可。我们以教学及支持所需的最少资料为原则。如孩子在缺乏适当家长参与的情况下提交资料，或您希望查阅、更正、申请删除孩子的资料，请联系我们。
Cookies, comments and external content／Cookie、评论及外部内容
WordPress and learning features use cookies for functions such as sign-in and session preferences. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may prevent sign-in or other features from working. If you post a comment, its text and display name may become public, and comment data may be processed for spam prevention. Do not put private student details in public comments.
Pages may load third-party resources, such as embedded videos, fonts or images. Those providers may receive technical information when their resources load and apply their own privacy notices. If you contact us through WhatsApp, your use of that service is also subject to its privacy terms.

Relevant information may be processed by authorised teachers or administrators and providers supporting hosting, email, website maintenance, security or learning delivery. We limit access to what is needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law. Some providers may process data outside Singapore; such transfers must meet applicable data-protection requirements, including comparable protection where required under Singapore’s PDPA.
相关资料可能由获授权教师、管理员，以及提供主机、邮件、网站维护、安全或教学支持的服务方处理，访问范围应限于相应用途所需。我们也可能按适用法律的要求或许可披露资料。部分服务可能涉及新加坡境外处理，相关传输须符合适用的数据保护要求。
Retention and protection／保存与保护
We retain identifiable information only while it is needed for the stated purposes or applicable legal and business requirements. When it is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised. Retention varies by record type; contact us about a particular record. A deletion request may not remove information immediately from backups or records that must lawfully be retained.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no website can guarantee absolute security. Keep account credentials private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We will assess suspected data incidents and make notifications where legally required.
可识别个人的资料仅在实现上述用途或满足适用法律、业务要求所需期间保存，之后应删除或匿名化。不同资料的期限可能不同，可向我们查询。删除请求不一定立即清除备份或依法需保留的记录。请妥善保管登录凭据，发现异常及时联系我们。
Your choices and requests／您的选择与请求
You may ask to access or correct personal data we hold, withdraw consent to consent-based processing, or request deletion. Requests are subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions. We will explain any information needed to process your request and any effect on services; for example, removing learning records may prevent us from showing previous progress. You can enquire about lessons without posting public comments.
您可申请查阅、更正资料、撤回基于同意的处理许可或申请删除资料。我们会核实身份，并按适用法律及例外处理，说明办理请求所需信息和对服务的影响，例如删除学习记录后可能无法再显示过往进度。
Future AI or recording features／未来的 AI 或录音功能
This notice does not provide blanket permission to use children’s recordings, images or work to train AI models. Before introducing a learning feature that sends personal data or recordings to an AI or speech provider, we will explain the feature’s purpose, data involved, provider arrangements and retention, and obtain any required permission. Existing lesson enquiries do not automatically authorise those additional uses.
本说明不构成将儿童录音、照片或作业用于 AI 模型训练的概括授权。若新增向 AI 或语音服务发送个人资料或录音的学习功能，我们会在使用前说明用途、资料范围、服务安排和保存方式，并取得所需许可。现有课程咨询不自动授权这些新增用途。

We may update this notice as our services change. The update date appears above. Where a change requires further notice or consent, we will provide it before applying the new use.
